What types of messages will I receive?

We offer two types of messages:

  • Transactional: Payment confirmations, account alerts, course access (required for service)
  • Marketing: Course announcements, special offers, educational content (optional, 2-5/month)

How do I stop receiving messages?

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You'll receive one final confirmation message.

Will I be charged for messages?

AGX Media does not charge for our messages, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Check with your mobile plan for details.

How often will I receive messages?

Transactional: As needed based on your account activity (payments, alerts, etc.)
Marketing: Approximately 2-5 messages per month

Can I opt out of only marketing messages?

Yes! Reply STOP MARKETING to unsubscribe from promotional messages only while continuing to receive important transactional notifications.

Is my phone number shared with third parties?

No, never. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS consent data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively for our messaging program. Learn more in our Privacy Policy (Section 5.1).

What carriers are supported?

Our service works with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. RCS features require compatible devices.

How do I resubscribe after opting out?

Reply START to any previous message, or visit our website and opt-in again through the contact form.

I'm not receiving messages. What should I do?

Check the following:

  • Check your carrier's spam/junk message folder
